The dedicated servers will be configured according the specific requirements of the web application(s) and the level of support and maintenance that is required from NewLink.

It is possible to use managed or non-managed dedicated server service. In the SLA agreement it's clearly defined who is responsible for what.

NewLink makes no compromises what performance is concerned. NewLink differentiates here strongly with standard Internet Service Providers.

In case the applications are developed and maintained by NewLink clients almost always want NewLink as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact). In that case NewLink clients can focus on the development of their own business rather than having own technical people involved in the troubleshooting process.


But even when the applications are not developed by NewLink a lot of NewLink clients appreciate the high-level customization NewLink is able to deliver in the field of dedicated server hosting (redundancy, very sophisticated security requirements, load balancing,...)
